moments: a reflection on parenthood, with Kate pastorek

The journey into and through parenthood is both beautiful and challenging. Come & reflect on the transition into parenthood in this small guided group reflection.

Led by Kate Pastorek, this deliberately intimate session is a chance to reflect on your own personal journey into parenthood. A chance to take stock of the joyful, surprising and most challenging moments.

We know it can be hard to take a breath - we’re here to help you prioritize dedicated time to reflect on the areas in which you’ve thrived and want to lean into and the areas you want to find support or make changes. This is your time to take a moment and reflect.

what to expect:

  • Guided meditation & intention setting

  • Space to delve into guided reflection

  • Time to come together and connect with yourself and likeminded others

Note: This is your time to connect with yourself and reflect. Feel free to bring babes in arms and if you’ll have a wriggler with you let us know so we can create a space for them / support you both / create an experience for you both.
